The wave action was interesting to watch. I walked along the beach for awhile. The tide was out, so there was lots of beach this time. That created plenty of room for everybody to walk and maintain social distancing. It was a nice visit to the beach. I think that Long Sands Beach is one of the best beaches in Maine. I rate this experience at 4.5. A mix of vintage and upscale. This is one of the nicer beaches in Maine. It's clean and has lots of amenities -- public rest rooms and bathhouse, ample parking, a promenade with benches, a park and gazebo, a playground, etc. There are several shops, restaurants, inns, hotels, Airbnb, etc. in the area.Here comes the tide ...
